Non-Refundable Services Due to the nature of our services, Excomm does not offer refunds once a service is booked. This includes services like: Marketplace account setup Product photography Website development services Marketplace management services Content Services Here's why: Customized Services: We tailor our services to your specific needs, and work begins immediately upon booking. Time Investment: Our team dedicates significant time and resources to each project after booking. Deliverables Provided: Upon booking confirmation, you will receive a detailed service agreement outlining deliverables and timelines.
  • What are your payment terms ?
    1. Payment Methods We accept various payment methods, including credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfers. 2. Payment Schedule for One-Time Services For one-time services, a 50% upfront prepayment is required to secure your booking. The remaining 50% balance will be due upon completion of the service and before final deliverables are provided. Example: If your total service cost is $1,000, a $500 prepayment will be required at booking. The remaining $500 will be due upon completion of the service. 3. Payment Schedule for Monthly Services Payment terms for ongoing monthly services will be outlined in a separate service agreement. This agreement may specify a different payment schedule or net payment terms (e.g., payment due within 30 days of invoice).
