  • Product photography

  • Website development services

  • Marketplace management services

  • Content Services

  • Customized Services: We tailor our services to your specific needs, and work begins immediately upon booking.

  • Time Investment: Our team dedicates significant time and resources to each project after booking.

  • Deliverables Provided: Upon booking confirmation, you will receive a detailed service agreement outlining deliverables and timelines.
     

2. Exceptions (considered on a case-by-case basis):
 

In rare instances, we may consider a partial refund at our sole discretion. This could include situations like:

  • Mutual Agreement to Terminate: If both parties agree to terminate the service before work commences, a partial refund may be offered.

  • Proven Service Errors: In the unlikely event of a demonstrably incorrect deliverable not addressed through revisions, a partial refund may be considered.
     

3. Requesting a Refund
